Soundness of Body

While the instructions below are for a practice that is done while standing, if it is not possible for you to stand for an extended period of time, you may do a modified version of the practice while sitting down. And if you are unable to do one or more of the physical movements in this practice, you may do the practice (either in its entirety or specific parts of it) mentally, visualizing the movements that are described.
