Gladness of Spirit

Since the practice will be about thirty-five minutes in length, you may wish to do physical warm-ups before beginning. If you are unable to do one or more of the physical movements in this practice, you may do the practice (either in its entirety or specific parts of it) mentally, visualizing the movements that are described.
