Assurance in Being

The first time you engage in this practice, do it standing in front of a mirror so you can check the positions of your hands and body. Once you have learned the practice, you may do it seated and without the mirror. And if you are unable to do one or more of the physical movements in this practice, you may do the practice (either in its entirety or specific parts of it) mentally, visualizing the movements that are described.
