Simply put, as I read these beautiful renderings of teachings on time, I feel the tangible and palpable flow of shakti from the page. It is a reminder that the Guru’s glance is unfettered and unlimited by proximity or time.

    Thank you, Gurumayi.

Whenever I chant or read this verse, I see Gurumayi gazing with compassion upon me, upon all beings, across the vast meadow of time. Our Guru’s compassion is unfathomable. She showers us with grace in each moment. She has given her life in service to God, and through this surrender, countless blossoms of devotion bloom in our hearts.

As I recited this verse from Shri Guru Gita, I felt a flow of grace purifying my mind. Then a state of pure love arose, with the understanding that each phrase describes God’s love and grace acting everywhere. I felt that mysterious time is part of this play of sacchidanand.

Thank you, Gurumayi, for these openings.

The title, “The Creator of All Time,” caught my attention. Seeing the Sanskrit and then the transliteration, I recognized that I knew this verse and could sing it. I wondered which scripture it was from. Then, as soon as I saw the English translation, I knew immediately that it was from Shri Guru Gita. I smiled. I love that verse.

In this life that is so busy, sometimes I’m not able to recite Shri Guru Gita every day. How nice it is to receive a verse from Shri Guru Gita on the website today. Looking at the website created a moment of meritorious time for me this morning.

    Thank you.

Thank you so much for posting this verse of Shri Guru Gita. It is my favorite verse. When I recite it, I always feel a heightened sense of the inner Self, gratitude, and love.

This path never ceases to amaze me—the connection, the love, the grace. I am feeling very blessed.

Thank you, beloved Gurumayi! Thank you to all the seekers who share on this site, and all who offer seva.

I love verses 59 and 60 of Shri Guru Gita. For me they are a beautiful prayer to the source of everything—the divine glance of the Guru. I see them as a prayer for protection—mainly the protection of remaining always in the awareness of who we are—being, consciousness, and bliss.
