I just saw Gurumayi’s teaching "Laugh." I began to laugh, and I am still laughing, and I am so happy!
Thank you Gurumayi! With all my love and happiness!

Belo Horizonte, Brazil

Yesterday morning, I was sitting quietly for some time looking at the photograph of Lake Nityananda, with the words from Gurumayi that had arrived on the scene in all manner of ways—tumbling, skidding, marching, moving with grace, and so on. This reminded me of different aspects of myself.  Watching Laugh light up so beautifully and unexpectedly, the realization came to me that the sun on the horizon is like the Guru—ever-present and radiant, constantly shedding rays of grace on all of us at whatever stage of sadhana we happen to be. When we practice her specific teachings, we open ourselves to receive that grace; and eventually there is a moment when we merge with the Guru, with that blazing light, so that we too glow in the same radiance of Self-realization. In that state, I’m sure, too, that all the cells in our bodies are blissfully laughing at all times.

I’ve been reflecting on Gurumayi’s teachings daily, and now it seems that every time I laugh I think of Gurumayi and the teachings—and I end up laughing at my own laughter.  And on it goes!

Thank you for all your kindness and love, Gurumayi. And three cheers for the Website and the sevites in the Website Department.

Thank you, Gurumayi, for bringing enchanting new meaning to the term wordplay! And thanks to the website sevites who facilitate this delightful global conversation for us all.

Like so many others, I just love this animation of Gurumayi’s teachings—the way H walks on like the steady parent with her/his charges, the individual personality of each character in Laugh gaining the attention of u to be upright and focused, the way each member of Unite has found the joy in the moment and becomes part of the team. Then there is the magnificent light of Grace, the elegance of Love, and the creativity and balance of Appreciate. So much joy. So much love. So much grace. So much light.

Then I noticed CELEBRATE above it all, and I thought of how lightheartedly Gurumayi always supports us to gain the knowledge of the Heart. As she has taught us so many times, there is perfect joy within the Heart. To go there is a spiritual practice, allowing the mind to become serene and find the fountain of joy within.

And what leads the mind to the Heart so it can settle there? The mantra. The mantra helps us to appreciate the Guru’s constant grace that helps us honor the love within as we unite with the Self.

This path: Gurumayi, Meditation, Mantra, the Self. How blessed we are!
Celebrate? Yes—with great lightness of heart.

I experience such delight each time I open the Siddha Yoga path website and see this fascinating photo and animation. And each time, I see something more in it to notice and reflect on.

Gurumayi is teaching us in so many ways through the website. Recognizing this, the study group I’m part of decided to focus some of our weekly sessions on the website postings. We come together to talk about what we have discovered by putting into practice something we learned from reading Gurumayi’s talks, enjoying the videos and photos, or contemplating the images. As we listen to one another, we are inspired with ways to implement in the situations of our daily lives what we are being given through the website.

Recently, we’ve noticed how much practical wisdom is emerging and being shared by students around the globe, and how present Gurumayi’s grace is in all of our lives. We’re learning a lot by seeing how Siddha Yogis in other parts of the world are implementing Gurumayi’s teachings in different situations (many similar to ours). For me, the study group now feels like part of a global study group.

Thank you, Gurumayi, for the myriad benevolent ways you guide each of us.  The website is a treasure.

Thank you to each of you who have sent in the shares for your generosity and insight.

Just as the sun shines on Grace, and then on each letter of
Laugh, and then all of it, transforming it into shiny white—

So does our Guru happily, slowly, and steadily transform
our ignorance to Light!

Pranams, Gurumayi. And thank you, sevites.

On the day when Gurumayi’s teaching, Grace, first appeared on the website, I felt sure that I was going to have an experience of it. During the day, I kept myself aware of how grace was working for me. By the end of the day, I was so grateful to Gurumayi.

In the early morning, I had a deep and long meditation.

At my work place, I was allotted some extra work, which I took as grace rather than a burden; and I enjoyed it.

In the afternoon, I was able to complete my pending work, which I had been unable to do for many days.

In the late afternoon, I received a call from my supervisor and got an unbelievably good project assignment.

In the evening, I passed my time so lovingly with my family members.

In the late evening, my child fell down while cycling—and was not at all hurt.

After doing mantra japa, I went to bed and had a peaceful sleep in a meditative state.

How full of grace the day was!

Surat, India

I love that the acronym Laugh starts with the word Love and that Love is the first word to show up in the animation. Lately, I have been focusing a lot on love.

I have been in the hospital, caring for my ailing father. And during this time the mantra has been a tremendous support and constant companion.

Yesterday an elderly man came into the room. He greeted me and asked, "Has anyone told you they love you recently?" Without thinking, I said, "Yes, every day." Then I thought, "Now why did I say that? No one says, ‘I love you,’ to me every day." As quickly as this question arose in my mind, my heart answered:

Every time I repeat the mantra, Gurumayi is telling me she loves me.
Every time I repeat the mantra, the universe says, "I love you."
Every time I repeat the mantra, my heart is surrounded by, cradled by, immersed in, and one with divine love.

Yes. Someone tells me, "I love you," every day because every time I repeat the mantra, I am saying, "I love you," to my Self.

I am reminded by the rays of the morning sun illuminating the word Laugh that cosmic laughter is always accessible within me. By truly enjoying the moment, I can tap into it.

Thank you, Gurumayi, for your grace, love, and generosity! Thank you to everyone who helped create this beautiful dance of words.

London, United Kingdom

As I was looking at this beautiful animation of Gurumayi’s teaching, it seemed to me that the words in it represent the five elements.

First, with the golden rays of sunlight comes Love, representing fire. Then the word Appreciate appears, delicately balancing itself in the air. Then the light reaches the earth and the word Unite moves in and places itself firmly among the trees. Then we see the word Grace as the shimmering reflection of light in the waters of Lake Nityananda; and Honor comes marching in, magically walking on water. And then, finally, as the Sun begins to rise, the word Laugh appears, turning from golden to shimmering white etheric light. This animation is silent, but you can hear the sound of laughter coming from this brilliant central white space.

It is the beginning of the new day—playful, lighthearted, and full of joy!

New York, USA

I love Gurumayi’s playfulness while imparting sacred teachings through the animations. I can feel the nudge and remind myself to smile and laugh during the course of the day and to bathe in her sparkling grace!

Thank you, Gurumayi, for lightening and brightening my heart.

The joy and playfulness of Gurumayi’s recent teaching on the website has been a delight to experience. The beautiful image of the physical world is a screen upon which each word manifests and dances according to its own true nature. The power of the matrika shakti, the power inherent in words, is evident in the vibrations that arise within as I contemplate the words one at a time, and then all together. Last night I practiced silently using each word to start a sentence that contained all the other words. It was a beautiful exercise, and the variety of ways to repeat the words and contemplate their meaning was rich and diverse. It was a sweet way to drift peacefully into sleep.

Los Angeles, USA

This is so much fun. I love how some of the words are a bit late but they get there perfectly. I love how Laugh gets it wrong and then just has to turn one little letter upside down and…there! It shines brilliantly! I am still laughing and I am thinking it is like this path, like our Guru: ever new, surprising, and magnificently awake!

Melbourne, Australia

A share that I read recently on the Siddha Yoga path website inspired great laughter! Every day I have been enjoying the dancing words and contemplating their meanings, their colors, and their humor; but I never put it together before I read the share that all the words form an acronym! When everything clicked, there was such delight, joy, and laughter.

Thank you, Gurumayi, for providing such a beautiful way for all of us to connect with each other and our own hearts through the medium of laughter. And thank you to all who share on the website. Our global community is so sublime!

I awoke on Monday morning after a wonderful dream in which I was having Gurumayi’s darshan. It was so beautiful and touching. Towards the end of the dream, Gurumayi asked if I had seen the Siddha Yoga path website, and she said that the lake is deep enough to swim in!

In my dream, I thought about what Gurumayi said, but I couldn’t quite make sense of it, especially as I hadn’t seen the website for a few days. When I awoke, I visited the website to see if there were any clues that could assist in my contemplation of the dream. Wow! I loved it!

The magnificent blue of Lake Nityananda, with Gurumayi’s teachings taking their turn at adorning the page, led me to understand that the lake of Guru’s grace offered via the website is, indeed, deep enough to swim in! I can return to it again and again and immerse myself in the refreshing waters.

I love the visual of the rising sun, first touching Grace, and then infusing Laugh with its light until the whole word vibrates with joy.

Thank you, Gurumayi, for your grace in my dream, on the website, and in my life.

Many thanks, also, to the dedicated team of sevites in the Website Department.

Melbourne, Australia

Each day I look forward to seeing what new word is being added to this exquisite unfolding teaching. The other day the word Grace was in the middle, which was perfect because it made me recognize that it is Grace that makes it possible for me to honor myself and others. It is Grace that gives me appreciation for the love I feel and it is Grace that helps me bring my mind to my heart and gives me the ability to laugh. What a gift we are being given as the vibrantly alive words playfully dance across the screen, reaching out and uniting us, all over the world!

California, USA

I so love and appreciate waking up each morning to see the new inspiration on the Siddha Yoga path website. I absolutely loved the new graphics and word this morning: Laugh. I think what I need and want most in my sadhana is to laugh more and be lighthearted about it all.

Thank you, Gurumayi, for the reminder.

Iowa, USA

So very wonderful to get out of bed, go to the Siddha Yoga path website, and be greeted with the dancing, vibrating words, and the new word Laugh in the middle.

The more I go into meditation and experience the mystical kingdom within myself, the more joy and laughter I feel. Many times it is so spontaneous. For no apparent outside reason, I just feel like laughing in the moment. Laughter is definitely one of the wonderful side effects of meditation. Laughter brightens the moment and lightens the load!

Thank you, thank you, Gurumayi.

New York, USA

What a joy it was to visit the Siddha Yoga path website today! I am very grateful to Gurumayi for giving us this acronym, Laugh. The day that Gurumayi’s talk, "Enjoy the Moment—Laugh a Lot," was posted on the Siddha Yoga path website, I was speaking about the talk with a friend of mine who has visited the Siddha Yoga meditation center several times. He shared that sometimes he has a tendency to use laughter as a defense mechanism. And he was wondering what kind of laughter Gurumayi is talking about. This led to a beautiful and inspiring conversation about Gurumayi’s teaching.

I shared about my experience of laughter in Siddha Yoga. The laughter comes from a place of purity. My experience is that when Gurumayi laughs, it is a perfect example of how transformative laughter can be. In those moments of laughter, people have the experience of total joy! The acronym that Gurumayi has given so clearly reveals how laughter can connect people to their hearts and bring people together.

New York, USA

I can’t help smiling at how all the other letters in the word Laugh nudge and remind u to transform, to Unite and Appreciate and Honor the Grace and Love it already has. My heart is filled with divine laughter.

London, UK

A few sevites in my department and I were looking at the website, and we were all very excited to receive these divine words. I love the way Honor comes walking in, the way Grace is shining, the way Unite takes its place. Aha! I love all of it.

Then I thought to myself, how can I remember all of these? I was looking for a mnemonic. I kept looking at the screen. And there was the Aha! moment. I literally clapped my hands, sharing with my co-sevites, "Look, look, all these are LAUGH !"

We all were so happy to discover this simple way to remember the divine teachings!

Thank you, Gurumayi, for all the joy.

Gurudev Siddha Peeth, India

This morning I was watching with my 8-year-old son this new snow view of Lake Nityananda and the play of words. From it, he created this phrase:

Amor. Te aprecio por estar unidos en la risa. ¡Honor y gracia!

Love. I appreciate you for being united in laughter. Honor and grace!

It´s special to be able to share Gurumayi´s teachings with children in a fun way!

Montequinto, Spain

HONOR ‘s walk makes me LAUGH every time I see it!  I am truly in awe of how Gurumayi imparts sacred teachings!

A thousand pranams!

This morning, while my husband and I were enjoying our breakfast, we listened to Baba chanting Sri Guru Gita. Then online, we watched Gurumayi’s teachings delightfully and playfully swaying, rocking, bumping, glistening, swirling, pulsating, and even walking onto the computer screen. Our own ripples of laughter provided a "musical" background!  What fun!

Happy Easter to everyone.

New York, USA

Wow, that was so much fun to watch! Thank you. I just got back from dinner with fellow sevites here in Gurudev Siddha Peeth where we were laughing a lot, and it was heartening to feel so much in alignment with Gurumayi’s words.

I loved the scintillating light on the letters of the word Laugh, and then the dissolve, and then the surprise of its return.

Thank you again and again!

a Siddha Yogi in Gurudev Siddha Peeth, India

As I watched the word Laugh quietly unfold and transform, I experienced the unfolding of a joyous inner laughter in my heart.

Thank you, Gurumayi. And thank you everyone in the Siddha Yoga community.

Happy Easter!

Ancona, Italy

I have just come home from playing the harmonium for an evening chant for participants in an Easter Weekend satsang at the Siddha Yoga Ashram in Sydney, during which there was a lot of laughter. When I turned on my computer and saw that the teachings page had been animated, I began to smile in delight. I was already laughing as Honor marched into place, and I laughed aloud in joy as the little u was nudged out of a headstand and turned right way up.

Thank you, Gurumayi, for the humour and lightness with which you offer the most profound guidance. And thank you to the sevites in the Website Department who bring us Gurumayi’s teachings with so much fun and creativity. I can’t stop smiling (not that I want to stop!), and my heart feels very light and warm.

Sydney, Australia

This morning, before going to work, I entered the Siddha Yoga path website to see the new teaching from Gurumayi. I do this every morning. In the image space at first there was only silence, no words. And a big silence took place inside of me.

Then, the words started to appear: they were pretty, shining, walking. When the last one appeared, a big laugh came from inside of me; and now I am going to my work with a big laugh on my face and in my heart.

Thank you for this.

With love and happiness, Gibraltar, Spain

The first thing that caught my eye was the beautiful picture and the word Unite. Contemplating the image with the water, the snow, the trees, and the firmament, all equally beautiful and in harmony, I recalled Gurumayi’s teaching of repeating the mantra with the awareness that the Guru, the mantra, the inner Self, and God are one. I repeated the mantra in meditation with that awareness and was submerged in deep, still bliss.

Then, when the teaching Love appeared, I repeated the mantra with love, visualized the Guru with love in my heart and felt God as love. In doing so, I realized how, in that love, the mantra, the Guru, God, and I are one. I was filled with joy and gratitude. And I was then thrilled to see the next teaching—Appreciate.

When the teaching Honor appeared, it made me realize the privilege and honor it is to have a life blessed by Gurumayi’s grace, love, and teachings.

Thank you with all my heart, Gurumayi.

Mexico City, Mexico

This morning, my husband and I were sharing how much we appreciated and respected each other, how our love for each other had grown in the three and a half years since our marriage, and how united we felt in our hearts and spiritually. So it was a wonderful affirmation to read Gurumayi’s teachings on the Siddha Yoga path website this morning.

Love, Appreciate, Unite, Honor
—I am now reflecting on how important these attributes are in my relationship with the Guru, as well as how wonderful it is to realise that these are the qualities that help make my marriage strong.

Sydney, Australia

This morning I looked at the Siddha Yoga path website, and I saw a new word. I am so excited to see new words appear—what a great surprise!

I like to look at the words for a few minutes on the screen. I can feel a sweet connection to the words: Unite, Love, Appreciate, Honor, Grace. These are words that I have contemplated before while reading or listening to the Siddha Yoga teachings. I recognize this as an opportunity to go deeper in my understanding of these words.

I love the study of words! On the Siddha Yoga path throughout the years, the study of words has helped me to become more articulate while sharing my experiences with other students. At the same time, I have become more comfortable being with myself in silence.

Thank you, Gurumayi, for teaching me about the power of words. Thank you for teaching me about intent. Thank you for teaching me how to use my voice to describe my love for God.

Montreal, Canada

Embracing Gurumayi’s blessings through each virtue—Love, Appreciate, Unite, and Honor—moistened my heart. I closed my eyes and thought about my husband, and from my heart I formed a sentence: “I honor him as I appreciate his good qualities.” With this, so much love for him welled up; and I mentally united with the light that he, too, has within him.

Gurumayi, thank you for these powerful words.

Nairobi, Kenya

Yesterday evening I was on the subway in New York City, and I was writing a letter to a friend. I wrote the words "I honor" and then paused. The word "honor" seemed an unusual choice for me, not something I think of or write often. For several minutes, I thought about the word and whether it was the right one to use in this instance. Then I contemplated the meaning of honor and experienced an instant connection and a deep sense of respect for the person. I felt like it was definitely the right word.

When I arrived home and looked at the Siddha Yoga path website, there was a new word from Gurumayi, and the word was… Honor! The synchronicity was so sweet! I felt like Gurumayi was right there with me.

New York, USA

Unite, Love, Appreciate, Honor—each word contributes to a garland of attributes for me to practice and embrace in my daily life: with my children, with my husband, and at work. I feel almost intoxicated each time I open the Siddha Yoga path website—awaiting the gems of wisdom in the form Gurumayi is giving them to us at this time. And I find myself studying the page and its image. The image itself is a teaching: the stillness of the frozen lake. In that stillness we are united with our divine Self. We emerge from the stillness in love and appreciate and honor all that we are and all that we are becoming as the renewal of spring is upon us.

Thank you, Gurumayi!

California, USA

This morning, I took a not-so-easy university oral exam. During the days I was studying, I was remembering the Guru all the time. And I must say that chanting for a while and visiting the website during the pauses really helped me.

The day before yesterday, I was very happy to see a new teaching from Gurumayi—Unite. I suddenly felt a sense of deep connection with the Guru, and that sensation continued throughout the day.

Yesterday, I was really amazed to see another teaching—Love. Since then, during the day, this connection grew more and more, even while I was studying. At one point in the evening, I tangibly felt the presence of Gurumayi in my room. My heart expanded in love. I recognized that this was a chain of teachings for me. I felt really embraced by and united in love. And this made me feel protected, no matter what the result of the test would be. I spent the night sleeping in the company of the mantra.

So, this morning I went to the exam and… I got the highest mark! And guess what: I laughed a lot with the professor and even joked with him!

When I returned home, I was wondering if a new teaching had appeared on the website. I knew that if something new had appeared, it would certainly be right for this moment. You can imagine how delighted I was to see… Appreciate. Yes, I do really appreciate!

When I think about it, inner laughter starts. It’s so true that Gurumayi’s teachings always come at the right time. Thank you, Gurumayi.

Unite – Heaven and Earth
Unite – ourselves with Nature
Unite – with each other
Unite – Ham and Sa
Then love will arise naturally, and we will appreciate our lives

Oklahoma, USA

My experience is that Gurumayi is inviting all of us, the Siddha Yoga sangham, to unite, love, and appreciate each other, the Guru, and the Siddha Yoga teachings at this special time. It feels as though we are making a new beginning, something that is very much true for me in the past few months. I have re-dedicated myself to my sadhana, my love for Gurumayi, and especially to mantra japa. The fruits of my devotion to God and the practices are immense! I am so excited to be alive and focusing on God now and in this body. I feel I have received an ecstatic outpouring of grace.

Thank you so much, Gurumayi.

Unite…Love…Appreciate. In this sequence it did answer questions I had in my heart, and I am sure it will continue to do so.

I am very grateful and feel blessed to be part of this beautiful happening of grace in our lives. How can we feel happy, less isolated, and more enthusiastic about our lives at all times? Unite. How can we unite? Love. How can we experience that love? Appreciate.

Appreciating everything that happens in our lives—including that which seems challenging, difficult, or painful—as part of ourselves, unites us with our life and creates love.

Thank you, my beloved Guru, for all these gifts of grace and love. And thank you, all you beautiful people whose shares are truly important, bringing your light into every single day of mine!

Gloucestershire, United Kingdom

I am travelling today to visit my family for Easter. Before I left home, I visited the Siddha Yoga path website and read the most recent shares from devotees around the world. Later, while I was sitting on the train, I experienced deep stillness; and I recognised how what each of you shared has a profound effect on me and uplifts my life in so many different ways. My eyes got moist and all I felt was love, deep love, and a tremendous amount of gratitude for the way you touch my heart and encourage me to go deeper and fully appreciate the gift of each experience on this beautiful path of love.

London, United Kingdom

When Gurumayi’s beautiful teaching appeared this morning, I noticed how the shape of the L creates a big heart that embraces the letters o-v-e. The L becomes like two dancing arms. L sounds like the French word aile, which means “wings.” Wings of love.

This L is like our Guru’s love: all-embracing, protecting us, inviting us to embrace her teaching, connecting us all through one uniting, powerful word – “Love.”

Montreal, Canada

I was drawn to the colors of this image with Gurumayi’s teachings since it was first posted on the website. The combination of golden orange and cool blue colors seemed different yet so much in harmony. I kept looking at the colors for the longest time. The colors represent to me the warm and the cool, the sun and the moon, heaven and earth, light and reflection, sound and silence, morning and dusk: there is so much unity in this diversity, so much togetherness, so much love.

Simply looking at this image, I am moved. It puts me in touch with my heart, in touch with the unity that exists in this universe, the love I feel for all, and the joy I long to share at all times!

Thank you, Gurumayi!

Mumbai, India

So many wonderful and extraordinary things keep happening as I devote my heart and unite my love to Gurumayi’s amazing teachings.

I wake up and start my day by visiting the website. First I read the shares. Then I have Bade Baba’s Darshan. Next I sing the Nityananda Arati. And then I meditate. It is the most wonderful way to start the day. My life has been transformed.

It is truly a miracle how the love that Gurumayi has for us can change everything.

Thank you, Gurumayi, for your amazing love. I am so grateful.

New Jersey, USA

Last night, I was looking at the homepage of the website and contemplating the teaching “Unite.” Then I clicked on the “Global Community” link for a moment. When I returned to the home page, I saw the word “Love” had appeared! Immediately my heart expanded, and I realized that love is what I feel for the Siddha Yoga global community.

Mexico City, Mexico

On Monday morning, March 25th, a great sevite from the Siddha Yoga community in Montreal passed away. Everybody loved and appreciated this man for his generosity, his humility, and his joy in serving Gurumayi’s mission. He has been a source of inspiration to all of us for many, many years.

This morning, members of the sangham gathered together and dedicated our recitation of Shri Guru Gita to him. I chanted mostly with sadness, holding him closely to my heart. When I came back home, another devotee called me after having read Gurumayi’s teaching, “Unite.” The feeling of separation and loss vanished instantly, and we rejoiced over the phone—we had been reminded that we are all one.

Gratitude, profound gratitude to our Guru.

Montreal, Canada

This morning when I saw the word “Unite” in front of the golden sunrise and quiet hillside of Lake Nityananda, I experienced my thoughts stop. My mind was just drinking in this beautiful teaching from Gurumayi—there was nothing to say.

After a few moments, I began to pay attention to my breath and practice mantra japa. And then I heard this prayer arise, “May my breath unite with the mantra.”

Thank you, Gurumayi, for your teaching, which touches me at my very core!

New York, USA

When I saw Gurumayi’s teaching—the word “Unite” hovering like letters made of fire over the blue serenity of Lake Nityananda—I was struck by the compelling nature of its simple beauty. I began reflecting on its meaning and how to apply it, and one point jumped out at me almost right away.

As a voice teacher, I know that this teaching of Gurumayi’s is very beneficial for the practice of chanting. When, through practice, we unite all the parts of our voice—the high, middle, and low ranges—the voice becomes stronger and sounds more resonant. A resonant voice is easier to unite with other voices, as we strive to do when we chant together in satsang. This stronger voice has more endurance, so it is protected and can continue chanting for years on end.

Thank you, Gurumayi, for this simple teaching that has so much power.

New York, USA

How beautiful is this photography from Shree Muktananda Ashram!

How united the colors are: the red letters of "Unite" and the white snow, the blue haze of the ground and the golden sky.

How lovingly different forms unite: tall-small, icy-fiery, isolated-together, luminous-dark, flat-steep—all one with the magnificence of Nature’s harmony.

Thank you, Gurumayi, for your teaching, and your unfailing grace and compassion.

Thank you, devotees around the planet, for your sharing. You have inspired and helped me so often!

Washington, USA

What a beautiful gift to receive this teaching right after my morning meditation!

For the past few days I have been contemplating how to feel whole within myself when my life seems to be going in so many directions (school, work, family, friends, personal time, etc.).

Gurumayi’s teaching helps me understand that however fragmented I may appear to be on the outside, I am One. All these different aspects of myself come together to create unity, just as this beautiful photograph of Lake Nityananda is composed of different layers of colors, but they still form one scene.

Thank you, Gurumayi, for showing me again and again the One in the many.

Paris, France

This teaching resonates for me as the heart of my Siddha Yoga sadhana.

Unite your mind with your heart.
Unite your thoughts, feelings, and actions.
Unite philosophy and practice.
Unite your understanding with the eternal Truth.
Unite your will with the Guru’s teachings.
Unite your devotion with actions.
Unite your heart with all living beings.
Become One.

The image of Nature’s unity is a powerful reminder to keep moving, steadily and step by step, toward oneness.

Thank you, Gurumayi.
